These terms govern use of EgyptUzbekistan.com. By continuing to use the site you accept them. They are not, by themselves, a contract for the supply of goods — those are governed by the Pro-forma Invoice and Sales Contract issued for each shipment.
1. Information accuracy
Numbers, season windows, transit bands, costs, and certifications published on this site reflect our best knowledge at the time of writing and are stamped with a "last updated" date or sourced via the sources index. Trade conditions move fast — re-verify any number older than 90 days before quoting it in a finished commercial document.
2. Indicative quotes are not contracts
Quotes returned in reply to a request submitted via the request-a-quote form, email, or messaging are indicative. They are offered for information only and are subject to:
- Stock and harvest availability at the time of order;
- Freight rates and fuel surcharges in effect at sailing;
- Accepted payment instrument and bank confirmation;
- Phytosanitary, ACID, and import-permit clearance.
A binding offer is made only via a signed Pro-forma Invoice and Sales Contract issued by our export desk.
3. Spec sheets and product photographs
Cultivar names, HS codes, season bands, Brix bands, reefer set-points, and packaging formats published per product are a general specification. The actual lot specification accompanies each shipment as a Quality Certificate and may differ within commercially acceptable tolerance for fresh produce. Product photographs are illustrative; seasonal and lot-to-lot variation is expected.
4. Certifications
Certifications listed on the About page (GlobalG.A.P., GRASP, BRCGS, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, SMETA) are held by Nile Delta farms and pack-houses we source from, not by our trading entity. Per-engagement scope statements and current cert PDFs are released to approved buyers on request.
5. Acceptable use
You may browse and link to this site freely, including for commercial procurement research. You may not:
- Crawl or scrape the site at a rate that disrupts service for other users;
- Republish substantial extracts of our editorial content without attribution;
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose under Egyptian, Uzbek, or your own jurisdiction's law.
6. Trademarks
Cultivar names, port names, certification body names, and Incoterms used on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used in their conventional trade sense for descriptive purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EgyptUzbekistan.com is not liable for any direct or indirect commercial loss arising from reliance on indicative figures published on the site without separate confirmation through the export desk.
8. Governing law
Use of the website itself is governed by Egyptian law. Disputes arising from a specific contract for the supply of goods are governed by the dispute-resolution clause stated in the relevant Sales Contract — typically arbitration in a neutral jurisdiction agreed at the point of first shipment.
9. Updates
We may revise these terms when our processes or applicable law change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current revision.
