- How fast will I get a reply?
- Our export desk replies within 2–4 working hours during Cairo business hours (Sun–Thu, 09:00–17:00 EET). We follow up on WhatsApp once we've confirmed the product interest.
- Can we request a pre-shipment sample?
- Yes — air-freight sample packs are available for new cultivar programmes. Processing-grade sample pallets available for food-processing buyers.
- Can you quote mixed pallet or mixed FCL?
- Yes. Mixed-pallet FCL combining e.g. Navel + Valencia + Murcott + Medjool retail packs is supported on the Novorossiysk, Mersin and Poti–Aktau routes.
